For her first solid..


Mama too excited la Zara nak prepare solid food untuk Zara. Mama tak nak jadi macam abang dulu, main hentam je bagi makan padahal ada vege,fruit,proten yang tak sesuai.
Jadi awal2 lagi Mama dah sediakan jadual solid food Zara.

* Puree buah/sayur/protein/cereal campur dengan BM/FM





*Week 5 - 8 : Tukar Buah/Sayur/Bijirin setiap minggu


Breakfast like a KING, lunch like a PRINCE, dinner like a PAUPER.
